Local Transport

Courtesy shuttle bus service will be provided between venues and hotels throughout the programme. Reunion transport arrangements will be made for all participants.

Presentation Guidelines

Each batch will receive 10 minutes.
Include batch identity, journey reflection, collective contribution, and future commitment.
A cultural segment is optional.
Individual promotions, hospital or business advertisements, political or commercial messages, and exceeding the time limit are not allowed.

Operational Guidelines

Audio Visual: Presentations must be submitted in advance.
Food Management: Vegetarian and non-vegetarian counters will be separate.
Programme Discipline: Please maintain punctuality and decorum.
